Thanks for the great template creator module! Recently I needed support for User-Assigned Managed Identity. I was able to successfully implement this:

Added ARM template parameter, named UserAssignedIdentityName (with default value)
Added identity section to the Logic App resource
Added ARM template parameter when HTTP action is used, default value referring to the UserAssignedIdentityName parameter
