Display effects of each upgrade option in the upgrade list. #1

It would be nice to be able to see how many todos are added after each upgrade!

Currently it's hard to see exactly what the productivity cost means in the upgrade list. We need to show the players what each upgrade is and what effects buying the upgrade has on the game.

For the stats list on the left, showing INCREMENTAL changes would give users a better understanding of what's happening.
