Find a way to make it look nice on IE 8 #13

For the love of Christ. IE must hate websites.. I shall try to fix the formatting to look reasonably nice on IE

To be specific, I need to fix issues with IE 8, or at the very least, as the user to upgrade their browser or use a different one.

I am going to add code to check and see if they are running IE 9 or lower, and redirect them to download a new version of IE

I have implemented a banner that only appears if the user is running IE 9 or older, and it suggests that they update their browser and redirects them to a place to download it from. So I am closing this issue, as I am not going to implement the code to make IE 8 happy.
