Gen chain cleanup

Rework FLoRIN to use a generator- and closure-based deferred computation model. Changes include:

• FlorinVolume, a wrapper for image volumes and processing pipelines
• Rework of NDNT to be wrapped in a closure
• Tile generators
• Many other awesome things that will make it into the docs
