Merge of the dev branch into master for the alpha release. This change overhauls FLoRIN with

• A new pipeline system that enables mixed serial, concurrent, parallel, and distributed processing.
• FLoRIN as functional programming: operations are wrapped with the florinate function and executed later as partials when data comes through.
• Pre-florinated helper functions from scikit-image.
• A better implementation of NDNT that minimizes memory footprint.
• The beginnings of lazy I/O to minimize memory footprint.
• DOCUMENTATION (thanks Sphinx autogen and numpydoc).

Figuring out what FLoRIN should look like has been a multi-year process helped along by many people. Special thanks to Antonio Minondo, Cami Carballo, Kevin Choy, and Tom Marshall for all of the hard work they put in on earlier versions of the code. Special thanks to Elia Shahbazi for his early work on this project and for bringing a lot of life and energy to its development and testing.
