Add password-file security module and modify Ranger policy #19

I added a password-file security module since I made references to it in the ldap readme, and also because it's on the list in #3.

I also made a non-related change to the system-ranger security module because the Alice policy references the schema tpch.sf10, which doesn't exist. I changed this to tpch.sf1 instead.
