This pull request adds an initial implementation for an Insights module. This module configures the query-logger and adds the necessary configuration for accessing Insights features in the Starburst web UI.
This module will serve as a base for implementing BIAC and Data Products future modules due to their query-logger dependency
With the addition of this module, the event-logger module will likely be deprecated
