SUMMARY

Updates the version in package.json to 1.0.0 in anticipation of the first release.

RELEASE NOTES

Initial Release

This is the initial stable release of the action to the marketplace. Features include:

Run in 'validate' mode to ensure PRs contain a valid release label and (optionally) release notes before merging.
Run in 'bump' mode to automatically bump and tag a new version whenever a PR merges to master.
