Update to Twilio Client SDK 1.2.11 (Blocked by Cordova iOS Bug) #75

The current version of the iOS Client library is 1.2.7. This is the last version supported for iOS 8.0, which is a hard-coded platform requirement in the Cordova iOS Podfile.

When this issue in Cordova iOS is resolved, this plugin will be able to update to the latest (although your project will have to require iOS 8.1 or higher)

hi @jefflinwood can you please let us know when can be twilio sdk upgraded? I have a minor issue related "ignore" event... thanks for your help
