Re-Setup? #78

Hello thanks for help in the other issue. I'm wondering what would be the best way to about setting up the plugin again after it is already setup.

What I mean is that when I call "Twilio.Device.setup()" I pass a token, What if I want to pass another token? Is there a way to properly dispose of the current setup?

That's a pretty good question - this would be the appropriate method, but I don't think it's implemented in the plugin yet:
