Editable thoughts, with versioning #33

Typos happen, people change their minds, all sorts of things make it so that you wish thought boxes were editable.

This should totally be supported, with versioning. So, the user would see some indicator/icon that a thought has a revision history, and be able to click on said indicator to see that history. Putting this in the overlay would be a good place, since it already exists, and is sort of meant to store whatever you need it to store.

Make things editable first, then add history.

Editing in the overlay view is currently broken, by the way, and therefore disabled. This really shouldn't be, since there's no reason we shouldn't support overlay editing. I just need to customize the display for the overlay.
