glint-es doesn't compile successfully the first time #7

The first time I ran the latest install script glint-es didn't compile successfully. If I simply rebooted and tried compilation again it finished without a problem. Just strange that compilation would fail at all if it's going to be successful the second time.

We no longer "build on demand" for glint-es. A precompiled binary is included in the project and simply downloaded.
