(1.2.0) Consolidate control config between glint-es and retroarch into a single file

I don't think there is any reason that glint-es can't use the same input config file as retroarch. Button numbers should match, and it would be easier to change and maintain if it was a single file.

This has the added benefit that, if the controls were reconfigured via glint-es, the control changes would be reflected immediately in retroarch.

Since I have control over the code in glint-es, it will be easier for me to change glint-es so that it can read (and modify/update) the retroarch config file, rather than the other way around.

• Need to address the creation of the demo config: src/main.cpp - line 90
• Need to address writing the config file: src/components/GuiInputConfig.cpp - line 105 - this basically needs to call sed on the retroarch.cfg file
• Need to address checking for existing joystick configs
