Improve cfgrep-collate and cfgrep-request to not show stdout until viewing with less. #10

This is only an issue with using Ansible at this time. I've not yet been able to find a way to collect the output without showing it. It is a problem when there is a lot of output as it causes big delay. Parallel SSH and SSH transports do not have this issue.
