Gadgetbridge and Notifications (feature request) #8

For android users (as me) having notifications working would be a great feature.

there is a version of this in my repo but you need to be paired with gadgetbridge beforehand and notifications need some more work. https://github.com/ysfsvm/P8Apps

@jeffmer what do you think about doing a pulling the following from @ysfsvm repository?

Notifications, gadgetbridge and Bootloader (required by a function P8.getBattery)
