Active student not appearing in class list #51

Hey Jeff Joseph (Jeff) Vea is active and enrolled in the adult class but doesn't appear in the adult class list? image

Very strange. I looked into it and his progress record wasn't created after being enrolled. He's not appearing in the class list when you take attendance because to sort the students a progress record is required. So I did some testing and was able to create a new student, enroll him, and then take attendance (testuser4 and testuser5) so I'm unsure as to why it's happening.

As a workaround for joseph-v just manually add his attendance through the attendance grid. That will create his progress record. But let's keep this issue open in case it happens again.

I remember when the system when live initially, there was an issue where a student wouldn't appear in the class list without a progress record and a progress record wasn't being created upon enrollment. This must be a left-over from then ...

Perhaps. But when did you enroll Joseph? Was it a while ago?

Is this still outstanding Steve?

He was enrolled when the system went live initially. And never attended a class. Let's close this issue because I think the problem that was causing it was fixed, it's just that this student didn't get sorted out as he never attended a class.
