Hey Jeff Can you explain why Alisi-i already has a Joshu certificate? image She has only 12.5 hours ... image

And another ... Elise Wilburn has 14.97 hours toward her 35 hour red belt test. The threshold is 0.7 (24.5 of 35). Yet there is already a certificate created for her?
