Weapons ITP certificates not creating #55

Whenever you get this message it's because there aren't any certificate templates for that. I guess I'm still missing Weapons, Weapons ITP, ITP, and CDP. There's so many!!!

So many?! Tell me about it! I've been creating certificates for an hour and i still can't see the end!

I've been at this all afternoon ... there are still almost 400 certificates to create! OMG!

Hey Jeff I think I have got all the certificates created except: Anniversary (we need to discuss this) ITP (need templates) Weapons ITP (need templates) Can you please create the templates for these certificates?

Okay, all the templates should be up on the website now.

I also updated the anniversary certificate functionality. Now the system will only create an anniversary certificate if a given date is within falls within a range of days from the student's anniversary. The range can be specified in the System Settings. The default is 30 days. The maximum is 180 days.
