Journal comments shown are not for selected student #72

I've noticed sometimes that the comments that get loaded aren't for the student selected. In this example, I've selected to update Fergus-m (main dojo child class) but the comments shown are for Cassie-C or Isabelle-r (not sure as they have the same comments) image

in working with the journal more and more, I've noticed that it's the same comments that get loaded every time ... It's like the comments that are loaded into the update dialog box aren't getting refreshed to the student in question, it's always the first student's comments - until the web page is refreshed.
