Client crash at startup #19

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. click on gtaiv.exe
2.
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect that GTAIV starts, but i get an instant crash.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
1.0.7.0 + Windows 7 Ultimate x64

Please provide any additional information below.
Some friends with the same OS are reporting the same issue.

well i mean i started up GTAIV normally ^^

Please verify that you have latest FMP files, which can be found under 
/trunk/client/Files.

Please verify that you don't have scripthook.dll.

well now i get an D3D critical error
