Problam with running FMP #2

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. I try to start the game, start building FMP with debugging mode(if i
just start without debug than gtaiv.exe error...)

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Unhandled exception at 0x01140267 in GTAIV.exe: 0xC0000005: Access
violation reading location 0x00000014.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
windows 7

i had that same exception to.. not sure what it whas. 
it whas
* xlive.dll  -> just dl it from the svn here. 
* or game version  ( i use 1.0.4.0 ) now.
