SELECT don't work #72

Put the first disk of MS-DOS 4.01 into drive A. When it is booted, it repeatedly asks for the install disk.

This problem may show up only under certain VMs. The one I used is this: https://www.pcjs.org/devices/pcx86/machine/5170/ega/1024kb/rev1/debugger/
