Gamestar - Inner Shell - Issue in model on port #8

Open stefanpausch opened 3 months ago

stefanpausch commented 3 months ago

The parts near the port connector print disconnected in the Inner Shell on the Gamestar model.

I printed this part a few weeks ago (with an older file) and there was no issue.

I tested different slicers and printers

Problem appears on 0.2 and higher. Print looks fine on 0.15 and lower

Example in prusaslicer :

This part is non-essential. It doesn't matter if it came out nasty, as long as the opening is not blocked.

Well with 0.4 the both pieces are not connected and break away / warp - Tested this in about 10 prints. All were not connected. Printing it below 0.2 with a 0.4 / 0.2 nozzle it starts to look fine

my final and usable parts printed with a 0.2 nozzle with 0.16 - Besides the line being connected the screw holes do look much better :)

Maybe this can be added to your documentation just to let people know?

anyhow the issue can be closed :)
