Describe the features that will have the first version of the app.

Purpose

• Allow people in DR to promote their estates for free.
• Facilitate the research for people that want to acquire a property in DR. In other words, allow people that are looking for properties to find them with ease.

Stories/Features

Login system

• Users should be able to login with Facebook, Instagram, Google, or InmPayolaRD's login system.
• Login should not be necessary for users to see the properties. If they want to save a property, create a post, set notifications, etc, then they will be asked to login.

Home Screen

• It should display an expandable search bar, for all the filters
• It should list a carousel of three properties by type. For example, a heading of the type, followed by the carousel.

  • Todas
  • Casas (habitaciones, banos, parqueo, piscina, nivelels)
  • Apartamentos (los de la casa, mas, lavanderia, permitido fumar)
  • Edificios(niveles, area de recreasion, unidades)

• General Filters

  • Precio (max, min, de menor a mayor, de menor a menor, por moneda; peso, dolar, euro)
  • Financiamiento disponible
  • Superfice total(en metros cuadrados)
  • Ubicacion + centros comercieales, parques, escuelas, gymnacios cerca, playa, rio, averigua mas, liceos, colmados, etc.lavanderia, ferreteria, campo o ciudad,

Property View

• Regular view

  • Title
  • Image and thumbnail image
  • Description (poster's paragraph and property details sunch as the number of beds, baths, and so on).

  • Call to action (so the visitor can contact the poster)
  • Ubicacion posiblemente con un mapa

Favorite Screen

List all the favorites and allow removing items from the list.

Settings Screen

• Properties listed (user should be able to update their properties, change status, and/or remove them)

Search Screen

• Probably it can the home screen
• List all properties by type
• You can see all types at once(when load more is clicked)
• Pagination if possible
• Add/Remove filters

Future features if the app get popular

• Video upload (I think i can allow YouTube video now in the property view)
• Translation (English and Spanish)
