3G and GPRS doesn't work from second reboot #11

What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. Install Beta 4
2. Aktivate 3G or GPRS on onboard modem 
3. At first time - working good, next time - not worked. Tested on 3 sim card 
different operators.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Signal by simcard is fine and strong, but GPRS and 3G doesn't work.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Beta 4 by Zombah, Toshiba AC 100 - 116

Please provide any additional information below.

By Beta 3 by Zombah - 3G and GPRS working correctly.

Terminal answer by beta 4:

action 'dhcp' failed (Timer expired)

By Beta 3 - command working as it need.
