Horizontal Bars Show Up Across the Screen When You Scroll Quickly

Platform: OS X Lion
Mac or iPhone/Touch: Macbook Air

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open a chm file
2. Scroll quickly down the page using your touchpad
3. Scroll back up and you will see horizontal bars everywhere across the page

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
1.4.2, on OS X 10.7 (Lion)

Please provide any additional information below.
Could it possibly have something to do with natural scrolling in Lion? This 
means you drag across the trackpad in the opposite direction to scroll.
Another thing is I resized the text using Cmd+, perhaps this has something to 
do with it?
Take my guesses with a grain of salt.

I have been getting the same problem. Also, it crashes often. boo
