What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. right click on a link
2. notice that you can not open a link to a new tab

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Should be able to open a link in a new tab via contextual menu.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

My bad.  "Open Link in New Window" offers the desired function.  But the name 
is misleading, perhaps change it 
to "Open Link in New Tab"?
