Some additions, cleanups and a fix #104

Hello,
I worked on few things because I needed them for a client and decided to
share it with the rest of you guys.

Added pageup/pagedown support.
Fixed Track click scrolling (not the best code, but works)
Some code cleanup

Attaching both js and diff.
