mime type detection

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. http://eastshore.artesania.ca/artists/
2. http://eastshore.artesania.ca/artists/betty
3. check firefox for errors

I'm having a problem with css mime types:

some of the pages in IE8 show up 'white' seemingly without css when I 
enable the module.
the firebug shows this error:

Error: The stylesheet 
http://eastshore.artesania.ca/artists/jScrollPane.css was not loaded 
because its MIME type, "text/html", is not "text/css".

I am new to this module, and I'm not quite sure how to handle 
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Looks like this was fixed. Guessing this was a server or Drupal issue that was 
resolved. Shouldn't have been a jScrollPane specific problem.
