Issue with Chrome and Safari

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. http://courses.gnosticawakenings.com
2. username/pass = test
3. goto http://courses.gnosticawakenings.com/my_goals
4. keep adding my goals till scrolling appears (notice it calculates lenght
of scroll needed incorrectly)

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
scrollbar should scroll more 

What version of the jScrollPane are you using? On what browser? And
operating system? windows 7 safari/chrome
