IE8: links in scrollable content cause scrolling before clicking #232

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. In IE8
2. clicking link or clickable element inside scrollable content
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Link to work first time.
If there's a link or anything clickable in the scrollable content, it scrolls 
instead of opening the link, then when it's scrolled, if you click again the 
link works.

What version of the jScrollPane are you using? On what browser? And operating 
system?

jScrollPane 1.2
IE8
Windows 7

Please provide a URL to a page displaying the problem.

Can't provide a link as it will breach confidentiality with my client but the 
same issue occurs in your basic examples page #4 when it has the link attached.

Please provide any additional information below.

Will be willing to donate if this could be fixed :) Great piece of code in 
general.
