May an MS Access database file be included in code releases or will this
violate Microsoft Terms Of Use and Copyrights?

There is a runtime....

Yes, but what we will do is add in the link so they can install...

Bit like ValentinoV does in his articles with the CodeProject links up the top.

We have different connection strings for MS Access 2000, 2003 and 2007, 2010.  
Need
to account for that.
