Has some obvious verbiage issues.  Will need to verify that making the
necessary changes in loginGlobals does no affect other pages. The link is
correct.

As an enhancement (since this needs to be fixed) the word webmaster should
be a mailto: link.

Made changes to change_password.asp and loginGlobals.asp to correct the problem.

Updates loaded to subversion and to test web site.

Request independent QA review
