Set New Password - form token problems. #46

User reports that when you click the link with the token on a password
reset the token is verified and you are presented with a set new password
form which when completed, successfully sets a new password.

If you copy and paste the reset password token into the form on the set new
password page the token is verified and you are presented with a set new
password form which when completed fails to set the new password and
reports a form token cookie error. e.g. The anti_CSRF form token cookie is
being reported as missing when the set new password form is submitted.

The user has an unusual setup which may be a contributing issue.
