When a form is going to e-mail a user, that information should be given to
the user up front, not after the fact.

Example entries and instructions for form fields need to be added, however
the webmaster (site owner) should be able to control the use of same.  Some
early implementers are using AJAX form field validation and have their own
text to display which may conflict with the text in this requested option.
