Viewing past picks (own + others' locked) on weekly picks page

Add a view option to do the following:

• View past weeks' selections
• View whether each selection was correct or now (UI enhancement)

Edit 9/5/20: Also would want to view other peoples' picks (previous weeks, current week for any picks that have been locked).
