Add LOG_DATA to distributions #103

Add a file generated from git log -n 5 to the distributions, as an aid in ensuring it is clear which commit the distribution came from. The release discipline should establish this, but the LOG_DATA file can be a convenience, and a backup.

There is a chicken-and-egg issue here. Ideally the LOG_DATA should be from a commit that includes itself, but AFAICT that is a logical impossibilty. Second best is to generate it for the distributions, but not include it in the repo.

Completed and tested as of https://github.com/jeffreykegler/libmarpa/commit/97c990c776797f6865c438f8da09be1795323f87. Absent feedback to the contrary, I will close this issue in a couple of days.
