Support Source Type "Table / View" and "PL/SQL Function returning SQL Query" #118

Previously, the data source type was required to be set to "SQL Query" only.

Allow the developer to use a data Source type of "Local Database" set to "Table / View" or "PL/SQL Function returning SQL Query".
