[Physics] Test Scene - Fix corner catching and remaining jitter

Makes the below impossible, and the logs below that unlikely. Technically doesn't 'bail on movement' (this still could be something done in future) - but instead makes that not needed, at least for now.

Also did some much needed cleanup/rework.
