Again, Mathjax matrix not registering newlines #81

Hi. I'm at Jekyll-Spaceship 0.10.2, and am facing exactly the same issue as in #34. The issue disappears after downgrading to 0.9.9.

When at 0.10.2, I tried the following candidate solutions:

Write \ as \\ and \\ as \\\\
Add mathjax code (as per this reply) to _includes/head.html
Add mathjax code (as per this reply) to head.html

My OS is macOS Monterey Version 12.5 (21G72). Thanks!
