Support to custom highlight foreground #108

Implement the ZVM_VI_HIGHLIGHT_FOREGROUND option and the ZVM_VI_HIGHLIGHT_EXTRASTYLES option to customize foreground color and extra style.

For example:

ZVM_VI_HIGHLIGHT_FOREGROUND=white
ZVM_VI_HIGHLIGHT_FOREGROUND=#000000
ZVM_VI_HIGHLIGHT_EXTRASTYLE=bold,style
