Update link to zinit project #139

You probably read it somewhere already but psprint went nuclear on the zdharma org.

Here's an update to the zinit URL.

Also here's a shorter version of the config required to load zsh-vi-mode:

zinit light-mode depth=1 for jeffreytse/zsh-vi-mode

Didn't include it in the PR since it was kinda out-of-scope
