Coverage hints no longer working with Babel 7 #84

Not sure if this is the right place to report this issue really, since there are a lot of different moving parts involved, but after upgrading to Babel 7 my / istanbul ignore next / hints are no longer working. Does this seem related to babel-istanbul?
