Misaligned Elements in Summoner.html and Main.html when page is resized #26

When the page is fullscreen, all the elements look fine. However, when the browser is made smaller in size, the elements shift around.

On summoner.html page (same problem on champion page): selectchampbar

On main mage: mainpageelements

Champion dropdown selector is fixed (for summoner and champion).

Still need to fix the main page.
