JSON schema differences in older VRP cache files #4

In older VRP cache files on Job's archive, the expires field is missing from the ROA summaries. Also, the asn is a string like "AS64496" instead of an integer.

I haven't decided what to do about expires yet. In the meantime, a workaround will be that we substitute expires=0 when we don't have the value.

I'm applying a workaround in the Roa constructor to work around the asn-strings.

Closing this as a won't do, at least for now, as my interest in the much older data has waned.
