Pinned playlists

Additional context

Same as Spotify offers (but Spotify only offers 4 max!?). More QOL things that would be nice: freedom to organise playlists by hand in left panel (drag and drop), Colour code playlists (bg or text).

Asking a lot, I know but these would make nice features I think.
