Add support for Navidrome web radio #44

I'm not familiar with other implementations of self-hosted music serving so maybe this isn't exclusive to Navidrome. But I wish I could use my web radio through Feishin, not Navidrome's web player.

Same here, I would love to use Feishin instead of navidrome in my browser to listen to my radio stations.

Feishin seems to sound much better than playing music through my browser. As a result I wish I could listen to my favorite radio station, WFMU, through it - instead of Navidrome on the web. Thanks for making this great free software!

Same for me. I've recently built up a collection of internet radios in Navidrome. It would be very convenient to listen to them through Feishin.
