Would be forever grateful if we had the option to disable the two integrator links (Last.fm and MusicBrainz) independently instead of combined.

I love MusicBrainz. It's a great service, and enjoy having the link appear on all my albums. It helps me keep track of what I have tagged properly and what still needs to be done. I don't want to see that gone.
Last.fm on the other hand is just some dog water site that I'll never use. I don't have an account, I made sure to remove their integration from my Navidrome instance, and I don't see any reason to have their company logo plastered all over my entries, especially when they frequently link to completely incorrect artist pages due to their non-granular and ancient approach to categorization.
