Describe the bug
When Player>System Notifications is enabled under settings, occasionally the notification displays the info of the previously-played song (that just ended) instead of the song that is just beginning.
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
Enable System Notifications on track change
Seek near the end of a track and let it play across the track change
Occasionally, but not all of the time, the notification that comes up is for the track that just finished rather than the new track.
Expected behavior
Notification should always show the info for the currently beginning track.

Gapless playback is enabled, with no crossfading and 1 ms polling time.
