Updated version of gradle wrapper (now 3.5) #25

Seems the wrapper files were still for version 3.0, so regenerated with ./gradlew wrapper.

Also tweaked the .gitignore as it had a clashing ignore for the gradle.properties file - which we need for the build.gradle.

NOTE: I also inspected some of the key files in the wrapper JAR (manifest etc.) to confirm what was going on - and how I see it was version 3.0.

Being minor, and a couple of weeks later, I'm going to merge. Can always back out later if an issue is here.
